Cancellations and Refunds Policy:
We love our clients and trust your intentions—but experience has taught us to set clear boundaries.
Because sessions are limited and intuitive energy work cannot be “returned,” we’ve created a policy to protect the time, energy, and well-being of your practitioner. Please read carefully before booking. By scheduling a session, you agree to the following terms.
1. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. To make a change, simply reply to your confirmation email or use the reschedule link provided. Last-minute cancellations (under 24 hours) and no-shows result in the full session fee being retained, as this time was reserved exclusively for you.
2. Missed Appointments & Late Arrivals
If you miss your appointment or arrive more than 5 minutes late, your session may be shortened or forfeited, depending on the remaining time. No refunds are offered for missed or late sessions. If you are having technical trouble at the start of your session, please reach out immediately so we can assist or reschedule.
3. Refunds & Disputes
Due to the energetic and time-based nature of these services, all sessions are non-refundable once completed. If you have any concerns about your experience, please reach out—we are committed to integrity and connection in all we do. Filing a payment dispute through your bank or Stripe after receiving service will result in being permanently banned from future bookings.
